Hygienic Pump Product Manager with Strategic Focus

At IDEX Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Hygienic Pump product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hygienic pump products, from concept development through commercialisation and end of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product innovation and growth, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead the product life cycle, including new product development, product launch, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, gross margins, and price capture, to inform product development and commercialisation strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in growth-focused Product Management, including NPD product launch, commercialization, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to leverage data to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Financial acumen and experience leading 80/20 analysis and implementation.
