Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our Business and Corporate Procurement team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the strategic direction for all outsourced contact centre providers across Sky UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of large, complex agreements that form part of the UK CSG/Contact Centre landscape.
Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address.
Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management.
Work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US.
Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.
Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management, leveraging synergy opportunities across the wider organization with a vigorous approach towards TCO.

Requirements:

Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement leadership.
