Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly support the implementation of ServiceNow for multiple customers
  • Prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts
  • Configure and develop on variance instances of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer
  • Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases
  • Collaborate with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability
  • Provide tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment
  • LDAP/Active Directory knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow
