ServiceNow Platform Team Leader

Are you a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a passion for leadership and development? We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Team Leader to join our Government and Transport sector team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of ServiceNow talent and make a global impact. As a ServiceNow Platform Team Leader, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated team of early-career professionals while being responsible for the support of our Managed Service Domain Separated ServiceNow Platform.

You'll use your technical and management expertise to guide the team in delivering exceptional service to multiple customers, acting as a key 2nd/3rd line support when complex issues arise. Your role will involve:

  • Leading the team, including mentoring and coaching and preparing the team to move to their next role within the ServiceNow practice.
  • Acting as the technical expert to resolve complex incidents that the 1st line support team is unable to address.
  • Making sure that all tasks completed by the team are fully documented in accordance with the standards in place.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers to the managed services platform.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams to consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Extensive experience in supporting and managing ServiceNow platforms.
  • Expertise in meeting tight SLA targets and driving performance under pressure.
  • Willingness to provide out-of-hours support and guidance during critical incidents.
  • ITIL certification with a deep understanding of service management best practices.
  • The ability to engage effectively with varying team members and customers.
  • A passion for continuous learning, growth, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM module and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA).

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
