ServiceNow Platform Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our brand-new ServiceNow Practice, poised for tremendous growth. As a ServiceNow Platform Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated team of early-career professionals while supporting our Managed Service Domain Separated ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team, including mentoring and coaching, and preparing the team to move to their next role within the ServiceNow practice.
  2. Act as the technical expert to resolve complex incidents that the 1st line support team is unable to address.
  3. Ensure that all tasks completed by the team are fully documented in accordance with the standards in place.
  4. Support the onboarding of new customers to the managed services platform.

Requirements:

  1. A background in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams to consistently deliver high-quality work.
  2. Extensive experience in supporting and managing ServiceNow platforms.
  3. Expertise in meeting tight SLA targets and driving performance under pressure.
  4. Willingness to provide out-of-hours support and guidance during critical incidents.
  5. ITIL certification with a deep understanding of service management best practices.
  6. The ability to engage effectively with varying team members and customers.
  7. A passion for continuous learning, growth, and knowledge-sharing.
  8. Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM module and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
