Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home in Sleaford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and eating, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to make choices and maintain their independence, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
- Document Resident Information: Complete daily charts to a high standard, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of resident information.
- Maintain Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with mandatory training, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
- Willingness to Study: Be willing to pursue a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience or Reason: Have a good reason or experience that has drawn you to care, demonstrating your passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Location: Live within 30 minutes of the home, ensuring easy access and flexibility to meet the needs of our residents.
