About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Senior Team Leader to join our team at SBX Studios. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and executing film and video projects from the pitching stage to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-production with the producer to ensure all project elements come together
  • Coordinate project status and maintain accurate records
  • Approve locations and negotiate fees, hire studios, and manage production schedules
  • Ensure health and safety and insurance paperwork is handled
  • Manage post-production, working with our in-house team and external partners

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a production coordinator role, across different types of productions
  • Extensive experience working with various disciplines required to deliver effective video content
  • Experience managing production budgets of £125k–£250k and above
  • Solid understanding of on-location film production requirements and best practices
  • Knowledge of legal/copyright/usage requirements and relevant contractual obligations
