Job Title: Senior Production Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Team Leader to join our team at SBX Studios. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of film and video projects from pitch to delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production coordination, with experience working on a variety of projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of film and video projects from pitch to delivery
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and schedule post-production, working with our in-house team and external partners
  • Ensure all aspects of workflow are running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production coordinator role, across different types of productions
  • Extensive experience working with a range of disciplines required to deliver effective video content
  • Experience managing production budgets of £125k–£250k and above
  • Solid understanding of on-location film production requirements and best practices
  • Knowledge of legal/copyright/usage requirements and relevant contractual obligations
  • Experience with project management platforms and collaborative documents
