Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Retail Supervisor to join our team at END. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, supervising the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service and building a personal client list.
  • Supervise and service drive the sales team, working with them to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead the team in excellence of service, displaying exemplary service techniques.
  • Deputise for the Manager and Assistant Managers in their absence, covering all aspects of their role.
  • Familiarise yourself with the entire running of the Store Operations, with a good working knowledge of processes behind all services and procedures.
  • Support the Management team in training, ensuring all staff are equipped with knowledge relevant to the industry and the specific product END. represents.
  • Be aware of security issues at all times.
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance, communicating them to the Store Manager regularly.
  • Maintain the store image in line with business standards, conducting and following up on floor walks to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, utilising floorplans, replenishing stock, and following VM guidelines.
  • Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.
