Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our construction projects in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall design process from tender stage through to completion, ensuring designs meet required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure design coordination with other disciplines.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Oversee and motivate the design team, which may include the Design Manager, Design Coordinator, and Document Controllers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
