Role Summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment, including broadband and mobile network infrastructure.
  • Repair and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share information and best practices.
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outside in all weathers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers.
  • Strong customer-focus and ability to build great relationships with customers.
  • Organised and motivated individual with a customer-focus.
