End Point Assessment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled End Point Assessment Expert to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, young people and families, including carers, to achieve positive and sustainable change in their lives.

About the Role
  • Conducting end-point assessments in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria.
  • Maintaining and providing evidence of ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
  • Supporting Pearson, if necessary, with any appeals from apprentices, regarding assessment decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work independently, making grading judgements and ensuring overall standards are maintained.

Requirements
  • Be occupationally competent of the children, young people and family sector.
  • Have at least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years.
  • Qualified to at least level 4 in the children, young people and family sector.
  • Hold a current DBS certificate.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
