In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to adult men with forensic backgrounds and enduring mental health illnesses. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as mentoring and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care and promoting the recovery and well-being of service users
  • Mentoring and supervising junior staff members
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to care planning
  • Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service user behavior and maintaining accurate records

About the Job
