Specialist Mental Health Nurse

Farmfield Hospital is a large purpose-built medium-secure service providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for delivering effective, compassionate, and person-centered care. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing mentorship and support to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and observing, recording, and reporting any changes in patient condition.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of £39,892, plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. You will also receive the equivalent of 33 days' annual leave, including Bank Holidays, and your birthday off. Other benefits include free meals and parking, pension contribution, life assurance, enhanced maternity package, and retail discounts.
