About the Role

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. As a Band 7/8a Preceptorship Post, this role offers a unique opportunity for a newly qualified Clinical Psychologist to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children, young people, and their families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches.
  • Supervise and support assistant/graduate psychologists and other MDT staff.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of team policies and services.
  • Participate in pre- and post-qualification teaching and training programs.
