About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Devizes. As a key member of our community nursing service, you will play a vital role in supporting our registered nurses in delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes and other community settings.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to patients with complex needs, including those with physical and mental health conditions. You will work closely with our registered nurses to deliver person-centered care, support patients with daily living tasks, and help prevent hospital admissions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good general education, NVQ Level 3 in healthcare or willingness to achieve, and a Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to undertake. You will also need to have experience of working under distant supervision, supporting other workers, and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.
