Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide care and support to customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centred care and support to customers in a variety of settings, including day services and short breaks.
* Support customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.
* Collaborate with customers to identify and achieve outcomes, supporting individuals in a variety of activities within the service or local community.
* Work with families, paid and unpaid carers to ensure that they are also involved and listened to.
* Provide regular training opportunities to support you in this role and you will be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings throughout this period to monitor progress.
