About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Hayward Care Centre, working night shifts to provide care and support to our residents.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, providing personal care and support, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
About You
We are looking for someone with a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and previous experience of working in elderly care.
You will be a compassionate and caring individual, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care standards.
