About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Hayward Care Centre, working nights to provide high-quality care to our residents.
As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home, while also providing personal care and companionship.
You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care, supporting residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence.
Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with previous experience of elderly care and a commitment to providing high-quality care standards.
