About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced and motivated individual to lead our domestic services team at St Columba's Hospice. This is a critical role, requiring strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in supervising staff and cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the domestic services team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Supervising a team of domestic staff, allocating work and monitoring performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management
Requirements
  • Experience in supervising staff and cleaning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • PC literacy and proficiency in departmental procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £26,477 - £27,486 per annum, plus benefits, including unsocial hours enhancement, pension, and continuous employment contributing towards entitlements.
