Bank Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Bank Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital. As a Bank Patient Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Spire and other insurers' products, policies, and initiatives.
- Liaise closely with patients, consultants, and clinical teams regarding special requirements or individual requests.
- Practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times.
- Provide and receive patient information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Spire policies.
Requirements
- A good standard of secondary education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Track record of successful delivery in a similar role, preferably in an office or customer service environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP or a similar patient booking system.
