Holiday Sales Consultant

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a skilled Holiday Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Holiday Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable holiday experience.
The Role and Responsibilities- Be a brand ambassador, taking pride in demonstrating product knowledge and a desire to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Maximise all sales opportunities by engaging and listening to customer needs, identifying buying signals, and overcoming objections in a warm, helpful, and genuine manner.
- Provide solutions and look into alternatives and upsell to meet customer needs.
- Positively communicate with customers to create excitement about their holiday of a lifetime, showing genuine interest in customer needs to establish rapport and build confidence and trust.
- Take ownership of all customer interactions (phone, email, live chat) to match customer needs with product and services to maximise revenue, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Pro-actively contact customers to promote offers, services, and update them on their holiday.
- Signpost customers and provide information to help customers prepare to travel and have a stress-free holiday.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments in the business, using expertise to overcome barriers and fulfil customer queries.
- Use all systems available to accurately inform, record, and fulfil customer needs.
- Follow all business booking conditions, instructions, and requirements to ensure integrity, accuracy of booking, and the service provided.
In order to be considered, you must have strong customer service skills, communication skills, and be computer literate.
