Job Overview

**BioTalent** is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our GMP supply chain and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex supply chain systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials.
  • Implement and maintain GMP compliant warehouse management systems, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Lead and train the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Manage the supply chain budget, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical supply chain management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
