Job Overview

Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product lines and services, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Order Processing and Delivery: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Branch Operations: Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that benefit the team and the business.
