This position plays a vital role in supporting our clients' expansion goals by delivering essential financial analysis and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows related to accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconcile significant accounts and prepare compliance submissions.
  • Generate management accounts and forecasts.
  • Work closely with various departments to foster the development of innovative services for clients.
  • Assist the Finance Director in leading and nurturing the Finance team.

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

Engage with the Finance Director and other teams to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve risk management, while providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Strategic Initiatives:

Contribute to strategic projects, including the creation of a new integrated reporting framework and financial modeling with scenario analysis.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present management accounts.
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Ensure adherence to VAT and payroll regulations, including submission processing.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.

Data Analysis and Customer Support:

Analyze business data to provide insights for colleagues and stakeholders. Onboard clients and perform credit assessments. Support Finance Assistants in invoicing for both recurring and one-off services.

Account Management:

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct credit control activities, including communication with debt collection agencies.
  • Monitor and report on key accounts receivable metrics.

Procurement and Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices. Collaborate with Finance Assistants and administrators to implement and oversee procurement policies.

Qualifications:
