About the Job

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to join its team. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies for our products on the Amazon platform.

As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, optimizing product visibility, and developing opportunities for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for our products on the Amazon platform, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  2. Engage externally with various stakeholders to drive sales growth, optimize product visibility, and develop opportunities.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Support new product launches as part of the go-to-market process.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and ecommerce content.
  6. Conduct regular reviews to maintain best-in-class product display pages, including Amazon Brandstore and A+ Content.
  7. Support the Amazon account in maintaining accurate customer forecasts while being responsible for rolling weekly volume and entries into the volume forecasting system, Xtel.
  8. Manage financial administration, processing invoices, price queries, deductions, and audit claims accurately and timely.
  9. Own delivery of EPOS, sell-in, stock holding, and margin tracking reports.
  10. Oversee promotional tracking, analysis, and evaluation, making recommendations for Amazon.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working on Amazon or online customers.
  • A restless attitude to seek out further growth.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and leveraging strong internal and external networks.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, preferably within FMCG.
  • Financial acumen; can interpret a profit and loss statement.
  • Degree-educated (or equivalent).
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to internal and external meetings as required.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
