Key Responsibilities

As a Fraud Analyst, you'll play a critical role in investigating potential credit card fraud cases, analyzing account history, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll work closely with customers and merchants to obtain additional information and respond to account inquiries in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
  • Assist with the completion of the lost/stolen report, including block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
  • Begins to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required

  • Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
