Senior Operations Role at Strive Supply Chain

Strive Supply Chain, a leading UK-wide recruiter, is seeking a seasoned operations professional to join their team as Head of Operations. This exciting opportunity is based in Worcestershire and offers a competitive salary, bonus, car allowance, and excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing busy operations teams across warehouse and transport functions. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, service excellence, and productivity, the successful candidate will drive depot performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all aspects of operations in line with plan, across both warehouse and transport
  • Manage the depot management team to drive operational efficiencies and service excellence
  • Ensure commercial operations meet or exceed profit budget targets
  • Maintain health and safety compliance and support BS OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing warehouse and transport operations in a FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of operational and logistics KPIs, with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional operational efficiencies and improvements through CI/project management
