- Utilize a range of tools and systems to manage the recruitment process, including CRM and IT systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a proven track record of high billing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in English and/or another foreign language.
- Knowledge of sales activities, negotiation, and business development.
This role offers a 60% commission scheme, with the potential to earn a high income. You will also have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK and set your own hours. Additionally, you will have access to a range of tools and systems to support your work, including CRM and IT systems.
