Job Description:

Our client, a leading Independent Financial Advice firm, is seeking an experienced financial services administrator to join their team. Based in Norfolk and Suffolk, the successful candidate will assist with the preparation of meeting packs for client meetings, including new business and annual reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in an IFA administration role, sound technical knowledge covering pensions, investments, and protection, as well as mortgage and equity release knowledge.

  • Preparation of meeting packs for client meetings
  • Analysis of existing products, including investments, pensions, protection, mortgages, and equity release
  • Scheduling and managing follow-up tasks using Intelligent Office

As a key member of the team, you will ensure all client information is accurately maintained on Intelligent Office and other systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: £21,000 - £27,500 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Annual discretionary bonus (paid for the last 10 years)
