We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Lead to join our finance function and support the delivery of our business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on preparing all financial statements, developing budgets, establishing internal controls, optimising working capital, leading the finance team, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managerial finance or accounting roles and a professional accounting qualification. They will also possess demonstrable experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and compliance regulations.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of around £59,814 per annum, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working, a great pension scheme, and full access to an Employee Assistance Program.
