Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to strengthen our presence in the UK and Ireland. This role involves providing technical advice, conducting inspections of material handling systems, and discussing recommendations for maintaining installations.

The successful candidate will be home-based, reporting to the European Service Manager, and working closely with the UK Sales Engineer. They will ensure that service contracts requirements are met and arrange maintenance with customers, liaising with HQ and relevant subcontractors.

About the Role:

  • Educated to HNC or equivalent in a relevant electrical/mechanical qualification.
  • Proven field service/customer facing experience.
  • Previous experience with automated palletizing, material handling, process, packaging, conveyor, or sortation machinery.

Package Details:

A competitive salary of £46k (OTE £50k+), including overtime, mobile phone, company car, pension scheme (3% employer, 5% employee), and 23 days' holiday + bank holidays.
