Aegon UK is seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to our Customer Care staff. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for equipping our colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Customer Care Coordinator and Academy Consultants to deliver technical training virtually and in-person to Customer Care teams.
  2. Ensure the effective delivery of technical training and associated oversight activities.
  3. Understand platform technology, including web functions and back-office systems.

What We Offer:

  1. A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
  2. A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
  3. 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)

Requirements:

  2. Experience using and constructing training within Learning Management and E-Learning systems
  3. A blended approach to training delivery styles, including presentations, scenario-based, e-learning, and workshops
