  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate heavy equipment to transport materials and equipment.
  • Assist site managers in planning and executing daily workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a hoist operator or labourer.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Overtime pay for additional hours worked.
