Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Freight Forwarding team at Everpool, a UK Logistics specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating business from existing relationships and creating new ones.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company that offers a unique selling point of covering all modes of transport anywhere in the world and managing customs clearances, Warehousing and logistics in-house without third-party involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the Freight Forwarding team to provide exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Everpool remains competitive
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of generating business in Freight Forwarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development
