Adult Social Care Specialist

We are looking for a qualified social worker to join our Mental Health Discharge Team.
This role requires a social worker with a qualification and minimum 2 years post-qualified experience.
The team works to promote a quality service supporting adults of working age experiencing severe mental health problems through short-term interventions. Key responsibilities include undertaking care act assessments, preparing reports for court, formulating support plans, completing funding applications, and conducting risk assessments.
For this position, we require a degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/COSW) and at least two years' experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate about ensuring individuals receive the right care, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving license is essential. We estimate the salary to be around £38,000 per annum based on industry standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialist environment with parking available nearby and short-term case holdings.
