Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on converting new business opportunities into ongoing clients for the firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a market-facing role, with commercial acumen and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing sales plans for the coming years to feed into the overall growth strategy.
  • Ensuring accurate records of all activities through the CRM system.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tangible track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Experience in a professional services environment or similar industry.
  • Generous base salary - £40,000 to £60,000 subject to experience.
  • Company car or car allowance option after qualifying period.

  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Profit share scheme and commission on new clients won.
