We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our customers with physical disabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift. You will prioritize and plan, delegating relevant activities for the support team, ensuring the needs of our customers are met within a safe and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to customers with physical disabilities.

- Support ongoing assessments, observing any changes in health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and support customers with physical care, personal hygiene needs, and daily tasks.
