Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans
- Provide 24/7 care, conducting regular checks and responding promptly to calls for assistance
- Engage in meaningful conversations to maintain residents' sense of identity and dignity
- Assess and plan nursing care requirements, monitoring and administering medications as needed
- Take vital signs, including temperatures, blood pressures, and pulses
- Record and maintain accurate records of resident care
- Supervise junior staff and manage the unit effectively
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Medication administration training
- Dementia care experience
