The successful candidate will have extensive experience in safeguarding roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures
  • To provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to staff, volunteers, and partners
  • To work closely with internal teams to ensure that safeguarding is integrated into all aspects of our work
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on safeguarding incidents and concerns

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in safeguarding roles, preferably in a similar sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
