MD5 Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales professional to support the growth of their Digital Forensics and eDiscovery services. The ideal candidate will work with clients from Law Enforcement, Government, and Legal sectors in the UK and internationally, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients in targeted sectors.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with current customers to expand their engagement with MD5's services.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations and identify client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to offer solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • IT technical knowledge is necessary, with familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, and managing client relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Confident presentation skills and a full UK driving licence are required.
  • Familiarity with digital forensics and eDiscovery is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of IT would be useful in understanding MD5's offerings.
