Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
EVO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving sales growth and expanding our product offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new customers
- Proactively increase the product range sold to each customer
- Ensure all computerized records are up to date and accurate
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in accurately pricing and maximizing profitability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
