This role offers the opportunity to work as a Skilled Care Practitioner in a supportive environment, providing tailored care solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, managing medication, and promoting independence and dignity.
The estimated salary for this role is £14,000 - £20,000 per annum (£6.70 - £9.85 per hour), based on a 37-hour working week. This includes a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, Blue Light Card, and enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Manage medication administration and record keeping
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and families
