A salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum is offered for this position, which reflects the importance of this role in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to a child with speech, language and communication needs. This will involve working closely with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
Key duties include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND in a 1:1 setting
- Creating simple resources to support pupil's work as appropriate
- Maintaining effective relationships with pupils, staff and external contacts
- Collaborating with the SENCO to identify and address specific learning needs
