Role Overview
Teach Now is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our team at a warm and inclusive Church of England primary school in Romford. This vibrant, 3-form entry school is known for its nurturing atmosphere and strong sense of community, fostering values of kindness, inclusivity, and respect.

About the Job
You will work closely with a supportive SEN team in the school's specialist ARP unit, dedicated to providing tailored support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other additional needs. Your role will include working 1:1 and in small groups, assisting with academic tasks, supporting emotional and social development, and ensuring every child feels valued and understood. You will have experience working with children with ASD or similar SEN and be able to work well as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
