  • Provide information and assistance to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Release and dispatch orders, and organize transportation for deliveries.
  • Conduct stock takes and 100% order checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Check inbound and outbound stock, and perform relocation checks to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Provide holiday and absence cover, and arrange transportation and carriers for goods as needed.

Requirements:

  • Oracle experience, along with Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Stock control experience is essential.
  • Good communication, both verbal and written.
  • Organized with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
