**Warehouse Administrator**

**Will be Trained at our Birmingham office**

**Then will move over to West Bromwich once trained**

**Hours are 07.0am to 17.00pm**

**Monday to Friday**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reporting to Account/WMS Manager
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnership.
- Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Work closely with operational team to ensure customer’s requirements are communicated to the operational team.
- Production of customer KPI’s, monitor operations performance.
- Assist with forecasting and planning with the customer
- Working with other Account Managers in other services to either resolve problems and or identify commercial opportunities.
- Become a WMS user and assisting where needed the operational team and working closely with the IT Department.
- Potentially attending customer meetings, playing an active part, note taking and communicate out to customers and within the business.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in Customer Service roles
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have good interpersonal skills, being able to communicate to all levels within an organisation.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: £10.50-£10.92 per hour

- West Bromwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 2 years (required)
