**Warehouse Administrator Job Summary**:
As a **Warehouse Administrator, **you will need to be comfortable working in a warehouse environment on a day-to-day basis providing an excellent service, which should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.

**Key responsibilities as our Warehouse Administrator**:

- Taking responsibility for completing daily and weekly administrative and systemic tasks.
- Proactively monitoring and interrogating systems, conduct data housekeeping tasks and take corrective action if required to ensure operational objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Investigate and resolve any supplier or customer delivery enquiries, including POD management and delivery discrepancies.
- Conduct proactive and reactive stock and stock location audits.
- Monitor, investigate and correct stock that is miscellaneous
- Assist all functions of the warehouse, including Returns to ensure all activities are conducted accurately to prevent errors and eliminate stock adjustments in line with the standard operating procedures.
- Manage all customer specific stock order requests by ensuring the stock is prepared such as physically isolating the stock, systemically ring fencing it and liaising with Customer Services.
- Support the After Sales team to resolve any queries or issues with in a timely manner.
- Excellent organisational skills together with first-rate communication skills both verbal and written.
- Confident dealing with people at all levels both inside and outside of the organisation.
- Able to work on own initiative and assume responsibilities of their line manager.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to identify and own a problem to resolution.
- Flexibility with regards working hours due to operational requirements.
- PC literate with ability to use and learn software packages including MS Office in particular Excel and our Warehouse Management System.
