- Work with the warehouse and transport team to investigate the claims
- Track and resolve the claims in a timely manner
- Work with all relevant departments seeking constant reduction in customer claims

**The Successful Applicant**:

- SAP experience
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Accurate and numerate, with attention to detail to be able to challenge and spot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and experience on supply chain & logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills
- FMCG experience
