**Position Overview: Office and Warehouse Administrator, play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both the administrative office and warehouse facilities.**

**This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being responsible for a variety of administrative duties as well as providing support to warehouse operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Duties**:
**- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.**

**- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.**

**- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.**

**- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.**

**- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.**

**- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.**

**- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as required.**

**- Support other administrative staff members and departments as needed.**

**2. Warehouse Support**:
**- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels.**

**- Generate and process purchase orders and invoices.**

**- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers and logistics providers.**

**- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.**

**- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures.**

**- Assist with packing and labelling of products for transportation/delivery.**

**- Provide administrative support to warehouse staff, such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.**

**- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.**

**3. Communication and Coordination**:
**- Communicate effectively with office and warehouse staff, as well as external contacts.**

**- Facilitate communication between different departments and teams.**

**- Coordinate meetings, events, and trainings as required.**

**- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.**

**- Relay important information and updates to relevant parties in a timely manner.**

**4. Problem Solving and Decision Making**:
**- Identify issues or challenges related to office and warehouse operations and propose solutions.**

**- Assist in resolving logístical or administrative problems as they arise.**

**- Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills in handling various situations.**

**Qualifications**:
**- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field preferred.**

**- Proven experience in administrative roles, with familiarity in office procedures and equipment.**

**- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes is desirable.**

**- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**

**- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.**

**- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.**

**- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.**

**- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.**

**- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.**
